Blistered Grilled Green Beans

Foods taste better with a slight bit of grill char. That goes the same when grilling vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. haricots verts or green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes Flaky
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt to Taste
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Insert the Grill Grate and close the hood. Select GRILL, set the temperature to MAX, and set the time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
  • While the unit is preheating, toss the green beans in oil until evenly coated in a medium bowl.
  • Place the green beans on the grill grate when the unit beeps to signify preheating. Close the hood and grill for 8 to 10 minutes, frequently tossing until blistered on all sides.
  • Place the green beans on a large serving platter when the cooking is complete. Squeeze lemon juice over the green beans, top with red pepper flakes, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
