  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow dish. Combine the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the flour in another shallow dish and the beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, dip in the egg mixture, and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken breasts over and cook for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and top each breast with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
