These Ninja Foodi buffalo chicken wings are made in an air fryer rather than deep-fried or baked in the oven. They have fewer calories and are lower in fat, but they will taste just as great as the deep-fried wings, I promise you.

I wanted to create the most excellent way to make simple, tasty, crispy chicken wings at home. I didn’t want to go through all the trouble of making wings with the stove, oven or grill and making a huge mess in the kitchen.

How to Make Buffalo Wings in Ninja Foodi

I love making keto buffalo chicken wings in the air fryer. They’re super crispy, don’t use unhealthy fatty oils, and are topped with my cayenne pepper sauce buffalo; they’re irresistible!

Step 1. Whisk salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and hot sauce together and set to the side.

Step 2. Dry wings and add to the air fryer basket.

Step 3. Set temperature to 380°F, and set time to 25 minutes. Cook is tossing halfway through.

Step 4. When the timer sounds, shake the wings, bump the temperature to 400 degrees, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 5. Take out wings and place them into a big bowl. Add sauce and toss well.

Step 6. Serve alongside celery sticks.
