How to Cook Brussels Sprouts in Nina Foodi

This recipe uses such little oil as opposed to oven-roasted brussels sprouts. They cook so much faster than when cooked in your conventional oven. The cooking times will vary depending on the size you cut the brussels sprouts. My family likes our Grilled brussels sprouts crispy, brown and tender.

Step 1. Place the Crisper Basket and shut the lid. Choose AIR CRISP, set the temperature to 390°F, and set the time to 12 minutes. Choose START/STOP to begin Ninja Foodi preheating process.

Step 2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and bacon in the meantime.

Step 3. When Ninja Foodi beeps to let you know it has preheated, add the Brussels sprouts to the basket. Shut the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4. After 6 minutes, stop cooking, and shake the basket of Brussels sprouts. Put the basket back in the Ninja Foodi unit and shut the lid to continue cooking.

Step 5. After 6 minutes, stop cooking, and check for wanted crispness. Resume cooking up to 2 more minutes, if needed.
