How to Cook Broccoli in a Ninja Foodi

There are many different cooking methods for broccoli, but grilling broccoli combines the charred flavors best. This Ninja Grilled Broccoli turned out so good that I consumed almost a pound of it and called it my dinner for the ignite. It was also so simple to create and keto diet-friendly; that er one bite of this recipe, I knew it would be a hit with everyone in the family.

Step 1. Put in the Grill Grate and shut the lid. Choose GRILL, set the temperature to MAX, and set the time to 10 minutes. Choose START/STOP to start Ninja Foodi preheating process.

Step 2. While the Ninja unit is preheating, mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil, and maple syrup with a whisk in a large bowl. Combine the broccoli and stir to coat it evenly.

  • 4 tbsp. 4 soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp. 2 canola oil

  • 2 tsp. 2 maple syrup

  • 2 heads broccoli, trimmed into florets

  • 1 tsp. 1 Red pepper flakes, for garnish

  • 1 tsp. 1 Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

  • Insert the Grill Grate and close the hood. Select GRILL, set the temperature to MAX, and set the time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
  • While the unit is preheating, whisk together the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil, and maple syrup in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the broccoli on the grill grate when the unit beeps to signify preheating. Close the hood and grill for 8 to 10 minutes until charred on all sides.
  • When cooking is complete, place the broccoli on a large serving platter. Garnish with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can change the seasoning or sub the broccoli for cauliflower or Brussels sprouts. Keep in mind that changing the cooking times may be necessary if you make a substitution.
