Ninja Foodi Asparagus (Best Way to Cook)

The Ninja Foodi Grill is an excellent way to grill vegetable side dishes. This past weekend, I made some Ninja Foodi Asparagus with our dinner, and we weren’t disappointed. In addition, Asparagus is great when following the Weight Watchers meal plan.

How to cook Asparagus in Ninja Foodi

My children aren’t enormous enthusiasts of any other, but for some reason, she adores green vegetables; if the vegetable is green, she’ll eat it. She loves grilling asparagus, and with the Ninja Foodi Grill air fryer, it’s so simple to make picture-perfect grilled Asparagus in just 15 minutes.

Step 1. Blend the Asparagus with oil, salt, pepper, honey, and tarragon. Toss it well.

Step 2. Take Ninja Foodi Grill, arrange it over your kitchen countertop, and open the top lid.  

Step 3. Arrange the grill grate and secure the top lid.  

Step 3. Press “Grill” and select the “Med” grill function. Set the timer for 8 minutes and press “START/STOP.” Ninja Foodi will begin preheating.

Step 4. Ninja Foodi is preheated and ready to cook when it starts to beep. After you hear a beep, open the top lid.

Step 5. Arrange the Asparagus over the grill grate.

Step 6. Secure the top lid and cook for 4 minutes. Immediately open the top lid, and turn the Asparagus.

Step 7. Secure the top lid and cook for 4 more minutes.  

Step 8. Serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 2-pound Asparagus, trimmed

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 pepper

  • 1 teaspoon 1 salt

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 honey

  • 2 tablespoons 2 olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons 4 tarragon, minced

Directions

  • Combine the Asparagus with oil, salt, pepper, honey, and tarragon. Toss it well.
  • Take Ninja Foodi Grill, arrange it over your kitchen platform, and open the top lid.
  • Arrange the grill grate and close the top lid.
  • Step 3. Press “Grill” and select the “Med” grill function. Adjust the timer to 8 minutes and press “START/STOP.” Ninja Foodi will start preheating.
  • Ninja Foodi is preheated and ready to cook when it starts to beep. After you hear a beep, open the top lid.
  • Arrange the Asparagus over the grill grate.
  • Close the top lid and cook for 4 minutes. Now open the top lid and flip the Asparagus.
  • Close the top lid and cook for 4 more minutes.
  • Serve warm.
