Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 1 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 2 tbsp. 2 extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp. 1 sea salt

  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

  • Insert the Crisper Basket and close the hood. Select AIR CRISP, set the temperature to 390°F, and set the time to 12 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
  • Meanwhile, toss the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and bacon.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket when the unit beeps to signify it has preheated. Close the hood and cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 6 minutes, shake the basket of Brussels sprouts. Place the basket back in the unit and close the hood to resume cooking.
  • After 6 minutes, check for desired crispness. Continue cooking for up to 2 more minutes, if necessary.

Notes

  • An easy tip to bypass using dishes altogether in this recipe. In step 2, put the ingredients in a zip-lock bag rather than a bowl. Shake to coat, then pour them right into the Crisper Basket.
