I love the flavor of  Southwestern cooking. One of the most delightful dishes is this spicy Bayou Ninja Foodi stuffed cajun chicken recipe. Cajun-spiced chicken breasts stuffed with bell peppers and onions topped with cheddar cheese.

How to cook Stuffed Chicken in a Ninja Foodi

Step 1. Select Sear/Sauté and set it to Medium-High. Allow the pan to preheat for 5 minutes. Select Start/Stop to begin.

Step 2. Add onions and peppers, and sauté until the onion is soft for about 4 minutes. Remove after cook set aside.

Step 3. With a sharp paring knife, cut a pocket in each chicken breast. Then stuff each chicken with vegetable mixture, top with cheddar and fold over to close the chicken breast. Organize each stuffed chicken breast in the bottom of the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan

Step 4. Season chicken all over with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Step 5. Preheat Ninja Foodi on Bale/Roast mode at 325°.

Step 6. Place Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan and bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes. Check with an Instant thermometer and bake until chicken reaches the temperature of 165° internally.
